Earthy mushrooms and whole grain barley meld with the savory herb flavors of parsley, bay and dill. Enjoy on its own or transform it into the traditional comforting classic by adding beef! Brown beef stew cubes in a pot, add just enough water to cover, simmer until tender - about an hour - and stir in the soup. Or simply stir in bits of leftover beef roast.
