Local root veggies in a spiced peanut broth. Warming but not overly spicy, full of flavor, rich and thick, this soup is perfect for a rainy day. Add some shredded meat, garnish the soup with some scallions and roasted salted peanuts, and serve over rice for a hearty dinner.
